You're 10 minutes away from a fully working client management system. Follow these steps in order.
Step 1 โ Explore your databases (2 min)
At the bottom of this page you'll find your 4 databases:
- ๐๏ธ Clients โ your CRM pipeline. Every client lives here.
- ๐ผ Projects โ all your work, linked to clients.
- ๐งพ Invoices โ track what you're owed and what's been paid.
- ๐ Interactions โ log every call, email, and meeting.
Tip: Example data has already been added so you can see how everything looks. Delete it when you're ready to start fresh.
Step 2 โ Add your first client (3 min)
- Open ๐๏ธ Clients and click the CRM Pipeline board view
- Click + New in the "Lead" column
- Fill in: Name, Email, Phone, Industry, Source
- Set Status to Lead (new contact) or Active (existing client)
- Add any notes you have about them
Tip: The "Client health" formula automatically warns you when you haven't contacted someone in 14+ days.
Step 3 โ Create your first project (2 min)
- Open ๐ผ Projects and click + New
